Associate Dean of Planning and Budgets
Lisa serves as the Chief Financial Officer and financial liaison for the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station. She is responsible for the oversight and management of all budgets, financial operations and fiscal resources for all departments, centers, institutes, and off-campus stations within the school and experiment station. She is charged with the direction, analysis, reporting and control of all business/financial funds; develops operating plans for personnel, space, physical plant construction, and renovation and facility resources; manages and monitors all funds available to the school and experiment station. As a member of the Executive Dean's Office, Lisa serves as an advisor to support individual faculty members, department chairs, center directors and dean's in strategic management of their resources as well as ensures efficient and effective utilization of all funds to best support the strategic goals of the School and the Station.
Regina A. Williams
Regina is responsible for coordinating financial fund administration for the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station.
- Provides reporting on Operating Funds; Budget Responsibility and Departmental; All Funds Budgets; Enrollment and Tuition, Grants; Cost Sharing and F&A.
- Reports on Startup, ICR, Plant Funds, and Pre Grant Awards
- Processes all Budget Letters, Term Appointed Co adjunct Compensation, and Budget Adjustments.
- In addition, provides a variety of ad hoc business services such as analysis and budgeting of financial data for operating funds and preparation of reports.
The main point of contact managing multiple facets of campus maintenance and renovation projects, includes working with campus building coordinators and facilities regarding unresolved building issues.
Approves all salary reallocations and commitment accounting transactions.
Maintains SEBS/NJAES-wide financial, budget and statistical data. Material datasets include tuition revenue, student demographic, HCM payroll and SEBS/NJAES-wide expense data, among others.
